Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leading and developing intern and new grad programs and team
- Strategic thinker with a track record of of developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that impact a companies overall talent strategy
- Experience scaling and growing teams and programs around the globe and into new markets
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and mentor a team of recruiters as well as foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
- Design and implement intern and new grad programs to provide meaningful and impactful experiences that are aligned with Twilioโs values and contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Develop and deliver innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent and ensure Twilio remains competitive in the talent landscape
- Partner with internal stakeholders and leaders to understand hiring needs and align our strategies with business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, college and educational institutions in our key talent markets
- Measure effectiveness and health of our EIC strategies to make data informed decisions
