Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leading and developing intern and new grad programs and team
• Strategic thinker with a track record of of developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that impact a companies overall talent strategy
• Experience scaling and growing teams and programs around the globe and into new markets

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of recruiters as well as foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
• Design and implement intern and new grad programs to provide meaningful and impactful experiences that are aligned with Twilio’s values and contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Develop and deliver innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent and ensure Twilio remains competitive in the talent landscape
• Partner with internal stakeholders and leaders to understand hiring needs and align our strategies with business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, college and educational institutions in our key talent markets
• Measure effectiveness and health of our EIC strategies to make data informed decisions
