This is an indefinite time contract. Work from anywhere - regular travelling to Cyclades during summer season.

Summary

As the Talent & Culture (HR) Specialist for our operations in Cyclades, you serve as an essential bridge linking our workforce, management, and corporate office, aligning all activities with Dome’s strategic goals. Your role will primarily focus on our existing establishments like D omes Noruz Mykonos, Domes Novos Santorini & Domes White Coast Milos.

In this critical position, you will not only attract, retain, and cultivate talent but also ensure that the entities you oversee adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations. Your initiatives will significantly influence Dome’s organizational culture, elevate employee satisfaction, and enhance productivity—fundamental factors that drive the company’s success and strengthen its competitive position.

As a Talent & Culture Specialist, Athens, you are expected to deliver measurable results and success in this role will be measured by:

  • Employee Retention and Engagement: Measured by turnover rates and employee satisfaction surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies and engagement initiatives.
  • Recruitment Efficiency: Assessed through the time to fill open positions, the quality of hire (e.g., performance and retention of new hires), and the satisfaction of hiring managers with the recruitment process.
  • Compliance and HR Administration: Evaluated based on the adherence to labor laws and regulations, the outcome of audits, and the effectiveness of implemented policies to mitigate HR-related risks

This position demands a proactive and results-driven professional who excels at forging robust connections, meeting recruitment objectives, and advancing our overall employer brand. Additionally, this role involves implementing effective strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with Dome’s strategic goals and cultural values.

Experience / Certificates/ Education:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in human resources, with demonstrated experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR initiatives and driving HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly advantageous, as it provides context-specific insights that are critical for effective HR management in these sectors.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in conflict resolution, mediation and training delivery.

Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills

  • Skilled in developing HR initiatives that support the company’s long-term goals.

  • Very good knowledge of employment laws and regulations, especially in Hospitality.

  • Flexibility to handle the evolving needs of a dynamic business environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and foster a collaborative team environment.
