Requirements

  • Track record of designing and implementing successful learning and talent development experiences to improve individual and organizational performance
  • 6-9+ years of experience in learning and development or related role, with experience solving for a variety of audiences including leaders and managers
  • Extensive project management experience and demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Experience facilitating learning with a variety of audiences
  • Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to confidently make decisions about the right learning solutions and rally others around your vision and plan
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Experience working with external suppliers and vendors

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the business to understand business priorities and challenges and gain an intimate understanding of the learner context
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development opportunities, and analyze feedback from existing programs to implement improvements
  • Design, develop, and implement learning experiences that are innovative, engaging, and impactful, using instructional design best practices, and experimenting with emerging technology
  • Facilitate the delivery of learning experiences
  • Evaluate learning experience impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; continually refining and enhancing offerings
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize participation and learning application
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to peers, supporting their learning and growth
