Summary

Join the Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team at HubSpot as a dynamic Talent & Leadership Development Partner to build and drive critical talent development programs and priorities, with a particular focus on our people leader audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the business to understand business priorities and challenges and gain an intimate understanding of the learner context
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development opportunities, and analyze feedback from existing programs to implement improvements
• Design, develop, and implement learning experiences that are innovative, engaging, and impactful, using instructional design best practices, and experimenting with emerging technology
• Facilitate the delivery of learning experiences
• Evaluate learning experience impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; continually refining and enhancing offerings
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize participation and learning application
• Provide guidance and mentorship to peers, supporting their learning and growth
