Our clients include companies like Wolt, Kayak, TIER, Cargo.one, Solarisbank and many more. Our team has over 80 people, and we’re looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Coordinator!

As a Talent Coordinator, you will:

• Work alongside 50+ TA partners and sourcers at companies like Wolt, Kayak, TIER, Cargo.one, and Solarisbank to help improve their talent pipelines.
• Be responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of recruitment projects.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers toschedule candidates for interviews and assessments.
• Ensure that candidates are scheduled in a timely manner and are provided with all relevant details.
• Follow up / reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
• Measure and record conversion rates.
• Additional tasks include sourcing suitable candidates through various sourcing channels, and creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.

Requirements

• Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills.
• You ideally have 1 year of initial experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience working in an RPO environment would be a plus.
• Good understanding and experience with recruitment tools such as ATS.
• Be organized, efficient, and have good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential.
