Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a related role
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR management, and employee onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS & ATS systems and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and manage employee relations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal recruitment efforts for various roles across the company, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
  • Manage recruiters and work with senior leadership to define roles and responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate closely with the HR team to support employee relations and HR policies
  • Screen, assess and interview candidates, ensuring a thorough and efficient selection process
  • Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting through to final selection with assistance from hiring managers
  • Prepare and assemble employee offers, including negotiating salaries and benefits packages
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Set up and manage IT systems and administrative tasks for new hires
  • Address and resolve employee matters, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to align staffing strategies with business objectives
