Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a related role
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR management, and employee onboarding
- Strong knowledge of HRIS & ATS systems and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage employee relations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Lead internal recruitment efforts for various roles across the company, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
- Manage recruiters and work with senior leadership to define roles and responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate closely with the HR team to support employee relations and HR policies
- Screen, assess and interview candidates, ensuring a thorough and efficient selection process
- Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting through to final selection with assistance from hiring managers
- Prepare and assemble employee offers, including negotiating salaries and benefits packages
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Set up and manage IT systems and administrative tasks for new hires
- Address and resolve employee matters, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment
- Work collaboratively with leadership to align staffing strategies with business objectives
