Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs/initiatives
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, DevOps, and software development
• Proven ability to deliver technical initiatives on time and within scope
• Comfortable working across teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed
• Great communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once
• Familiar with tools like project/task management tools and comfortable working in agile environments

Responsibilities

• Manage large, cross-team initiatives that involve everything from infrastructure to new feature development
• Work closely with engineers and product folks to turn business needs into clear technical plans
• Keep track of progress, remove roadblocks, and keep everyone aligned to hit our deadlines
• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams to make sure everyone’s on the same page
• Make sure our systems are scalable, reliable, and built with long-term growth in mind
• Continuously improve how we work—whether it’s process tweaks or better communication
• Track key performance metrics and help optimize our approach to delivering high-quality products
• Work with other chapters and teams across the company to ensure we’re building solutions that serve everyone’s needs
