Requirements

  • + 2 years of experience hiring in a web3 company (mandatory). Technical understanding of the roles
  • Ideal Time zone from GMT-8 to GMT+3
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsโ€”youโ€™re professional, approachable, and fun to work with
  • A team player mindset, thriving in a collaborative environment with multiple moving parts
  • Impeccable organizational skills and a razor-sharp attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs, technical requirements, and team goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in crypto, and Web3 domains
  • Continuously track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics, performance data, and progress updates to Talent Acquisition, hiring teams, and the leadership group
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on technical roles, tools, and platforms, guiding hiring managers through interview processes, candidate assessments, and final hiring decisions
  • Post roles in multiple Social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter (X), Crypto Job portals and Telegram groups
  • Stay updated on industry trends, crypto developments, and Web3 talent landscapes to refine recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive hiring edge
  • Promote diversity and inclusion by actively sourcing and engaging with candidates from underrepresented groups in the tech and crypto spaces
