• You‘ve hired great engineers, designers, or product managers before
• You operate with urgency and understand that making great hires is mission critical to a business hitting its goals
• You’re a people person and get energized by meeting new people
• You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers from the Experience Org to own the full cycle recruiting process
• Source talented & diverse candidates
• Oversee the entire hiring process until a candidate signs on the metaphorical dotted line
• Shepherd the process, provide insight from your years of successful recruiting experience, help mitigate unconscious bias, and offer guidance when appropriate
