Requirements

  • Only resumes in English will be considered
  • Strong transaction coordination experience in the real estate industry
  • Expert-level proficiency in Open to Close platform
  • Experience with Texas real estate contracts and processes (highly preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail in contract review and documentation
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage high-volume transaction load (20+ per month)
  • Proficiency in using Canva for templated tasks
  • Experience with offer intake and contract review processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage transactions from open to close using OTC software
  • Process and oversee 20+ transactions per month efficiently
  • Handle offer intake forms and review contracts for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform detailed data entry using Canva templates to maintain organized transaction files
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved, including agents, buyers, sellers, and vendors
  • Monitor compliance with Texas real estate procedures (if applicable)
  • Work occasional weekend hours (1-2 times monthly, 1-2 hours per occurrence)
  • Track and update transaction progress in OTC, ensuring all deadlines are met
