Requirements
- Proven experience: 10+ years of demonstrated success in life sciences sales, business development, or partnerships
- Industry expertise: 5+ years of experience in the healthcare/health tech industry. Experience selling tech enabled services is a plus
- Enterprise sales: Proven track record of closing complex deals over $1M+ ACV
- Negotiation skills: Demonstrated experience with complex negotiations and contracting across buyers
- Relationship building: Ability to build strong relationships with both internal team members and external customers
- Self-starter: Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Technical proficiency: Proficient in GSuite, Slides, Presentation, and Salesforce
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or communications preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic sales: Develop and execute a strategic sales process tailored to large-scale accounts ($1M+ ACV) within the Life Sciences industry
- Build a robust pipeline: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with leading life sciences companies in Market Access, Brand and Innovation teams
- Product expertise: Deeply understand Wheel's product offerings to effectively position and sell our solutions
- C-suite engagement: Skillfully engage with C-suite executives in the life science/biopharma industry
- Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Revenue targets: Consistently exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
- Client advocacy: Champion your clients within Wheel, ensuring an exceptional customer journey
