  • Enterprise sales: Proven track record of closing complex deals over $1M+ ACV
  • Negotiation skills: Demonstrated experience with complex negotiations and contracting across buyers
  • Relationship building: Ability to build strong relationships with both internal team members and external customers
  • Self-starter: Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Technical proficiency: Proficient in GSuite, Slides, Presentation, and Salesforce
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or communications preferred

  • C-suite engagement: Skillfully engage with C-suite executives in the life science/biopharma industry
  • Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Revenue targets: Consistently exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis

About the Role

As the VP of Sales/Principal Seller, Life Sciences, you’ll be a key driver of growth for our Pharma vertical. You’ll build strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical brands, collaborating with company leaders, technical experts, innovation teams, and regulatory SMEs to ensure long-term success. Your mission is to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role where you will be a pure hunter.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive strategic sales: Develop and execute a strategic sales process tailored to large-scale accounts ($1M+ ACV) within the Life Sciences industry.
