Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities with an emphasis on maximizing Provider value and engagement
  • Lead collaboration between product management, design, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations
  • Build and lead a high-performing product management team. Mentor and coach product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and user-centric thinking
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch analysis
  • Partner closely with the VP of Monetization and Ad Strategy to identify new revenue opportunities, maximize product monetization, and develop innovative ways to integrate advertising and commercial solutions into products
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and opportunities
  • Champion a human-centered design approach across all product initiatives, ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and solve real-world problems for healthcare providers and their patients
  • Serve as the key product liaison with senior leadership, providing regular updates on product performance, market opportunities, and strategic initiatives

Job Summary

The VP, Product – Provider is a key leadership role responsible for driving the overall strategy, vision, and execution of our product portfolio. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of healthcare providers, while also collaborating with the monetization team to optimize revenue through advertising and partnership strategies. This role will play a pivotal part in the development, launch, and continuous improvement of products, with a strong focus on user experience, market relevance, and commercial success.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities with an emphasis on maximizing Provider value and engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration between product management, design, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to align product priorities with overall business goals.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing product management team. Mentor and coach product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and user-centric thinking. Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability for all team members.

  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch analysis. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features meet customer needs and quality standards, while staying on track for timely delivery.

  • Monetization Strategy: Partner closely with the VP of Monetization and Ad Strategy to identify new revenue opportunities, maximize product monetization, and develop innovative ways to integrate advertising and commercial solutions into products. Ensure alignment between product and advertising teams to drive revenue growth.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and opportunities. Leverage data and insights to make informed decisions on product development and go-to-market strategies.

  • User-Centered Design & Innovation: Champion a human-centered design approach across all product initiatives, ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and solve real-world problems for healthcare providers and their patients. Collaborate with the innovation team to integrate cutting-edge technologies and approaches into the product suite.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key product liaison with senior leadership, providing regular updates on product performance, market opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Communicate complex technical concepts and product strategies in a clear, actionable way for non-technical stakeholders.
