Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related area
  • Skilled in leading discussions with clients and internal teams to identify, clarify, and capture complex requirements, and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Good attention to detail with proven organizational and administrative skills
  • Good understanding of the sales process and timing, with the ability to close renewal sales over the phone
  • Proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process – from quoting to delivery – ensuring timely and seamless renewals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to support health checks, campaigns, and strategic account planning
  • Engage directly with customers to support renewals, address inquiries, and maintain strong relationships
  • Support account growth by assisting with more complex quotes and account review preparation
  • Track and analyze data in Salesforce and Gainsight to measure renewal performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement to streamline workflows and enhance customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of increasing revenues within existing accounts is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
