Summary
Join Samsara's Customer Success team as a Renewal Customer Success Manager and own the renewal customer experience for the AE1 customer base (<$30K ARR). You will build out processes, conduct A/B tests, de-escalate customers, proactively reach out to and negotiate with at-risk customers, and report progress to senior leadership. This role offers hands-on operational experience and customer-facing presence, allowing you to work closely with top-tier executives and learn how sales organizations succeed. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, a passion for scaling organizations and streamlining operations, and a commitment to data-driven improvements. This remote position, open to candidates in Mexico, requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. You will champion Samsara's cultural values and contribute to the company's continued growth.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, sales operations, or other customer-facing positions
- High level of interest in the IoT space
- Excitement around growing a sales career
- Motivated to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
- Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects end-to-end
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must - this role will be located in MX but the client will be in the US
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to accommodate client needs for renewal
- Own the auto-renewal component of Samsara’s customer journey
- Organize, prioritize, and improve auto-renewal processes to maximize revenue and a positive customer experience
- Communicate patterns and guide process improvement projects with Renewal Leadership
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
