Summary

Join Certus as a Reporting Specialist and ensure timely reporting of course completions to regulatory agencies. You will be responsible for pulling data, submitting reports through various methods, communicating with licensees, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal point of contact and authority on assigned specialties reporting; educate and communicate offered courses, state agencies, and reporting requirements to internal customers
  • Create and/or modify student completion reports to meet the data submission requirements for reporting, as set by the regulatory agency
  • Report completions within a prescribed timeframe to the relevant regulatory agency using the agencyโ€™s required reporting method
  • Communicate all reporting issues to relevant parties (e.g., Reporting Manager, Customer Support, Applications Specialist, Licensee) and drive the resolution
  • Create custom documentation, certification, and records as required by the regulatory agency
  • Secure and update, as necessary, access to reporting portals
  • Interact professionally with various regulators as it relates to their role
  • Maintain records database and assist in compiling requested historical data for records or roster audits
