Requirements

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Have 4-7 years of Project Management experience in a related field
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to provide direction and feedback to your team
• Efficiently manage your time, maintaining an elevated level of organization across your work
• Effectively navigate Project Management software
• Be adept at planning and managing a budget, utilizing your strategic insight to solve problems as they arise

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers in their day-to-day operations
• Provide guidance to Project Managers as they prepare for monthly financial reviews
• Strategically plan and document processes and ensure that teams adhere to them
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand hiring needs, aiding in the hiring process, and allocating projects to Project Managers based on their skills and experience
• Executing the vision of the department by analyzing project survey feedback and utilizing results to lead the team

Preferred Qualifications

Have a PMP certification
