Requirements
- Have a Bachelorβs Degree in a relevant field
- Have 4-7 years of Project Management experience in a related field
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to provide direction and feedback to your team
- Efficiently manage your time, maintaining an elevated level of organization across your work
- Effectively navigate Project Management software
- Be adept at planning and managing a budget, utilizing your strategic insight to solve problems as they arise
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers in their day-to-day operations
- Provide guidance to Project Managers as they prepare for monthly financial reviews
- Strategically plan and document processes and ensure that teams adhere to them
- Collaborate with Project Managers to understand hiring needs, aiding in the hiring process, and allocating projects to Project Managers based on their skills and experience
- Executing the vision of the department by analyzing project survey feedback and utilizing results to lead the team
Preferred Qualifications
Have a PMP certification
