Requirements

  • 5+ years relative experience in Retail Sales, SaaS sales, or Internet marketing
  • A background in successfully managing a portfolio of Enterprise Retailers and consistently exceeding Revenue targets
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with C- level stakeholders
  • Ability to strategically approach a sales cycle through analysis, creativity, teamwork, and leadership
  • Ability to generate, qualify, and execute on opportunities in order to exceed revenue targets
  • Effectively create and articulate ROI in the negotiation process to bring the upmost value to both our customers, the consumers they serve, and Bazaarvoice
  • Demonstrated passion and energy, both externally with the customers and internally with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to build and manage an effective pipeline and communicate proactively with leadership throughout each phase of the sales process
  • A strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors in our space

Responsibilities

  • Sell and renew high-ROI SaaS solutions with poise, personality, and confidence
  • Demonstrate and defend the value proposition of Bazaarvoice products and services
  • Operate as a true business owner, working in a team structure with Junior Sellers, Sellers that drive specific products for your business, Client Success Directors, Solutions Consultants, etc
  • Act as a true Account Manager overseeing almost all aspects of the client’s business
  • Drive conversational discovery dialogue with customers in order to reveal underlying pain-points and understand their unique needs and requirements

Benefits

$135,000 - $270,000 a year
