Revenue Cycle Analyst

Summary

The Revenue Cycle Analyst will analyze revenue performance, ensure accurate medical coding, and leverage analytical tools to provide insights for US-based healthcare clients. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field, preferably in the US healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare Medical Coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience in building dashboards and reports
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and experience with regression analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure accurate and compliant medical coding practices
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build and interpret regression models and other statistical analyses to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with US-based clients to understand their revenue cycle challenges and provide data-driven solutions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies to optimize revenue cycle management

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Medical Coding (CPC, CCS, etc.)
• Experience with other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management software
