Revenue Operations Analyst

Summary

Join GoCardless as a Revenue Operations Analyst and contribute to the company's global revenue growth. You will manage end-to-end programs across the GTM funnel, provide operational support, and work cross-functionally to eliminate friction in the go-to-market process. This role involves optimizing GTM efficiency, creating repeatable playbooks, working on integrations and automation, maintaining process documentation, supporting sales and CS teams, and administering key tools in the GTM tech stack.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy and operations or similar
• Proficiency with core GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Chilipiper)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to execute with minimal oversight
• A track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Optimising GTM efficiency through continuous process improvement
• Creating repeatable playbooks for sales and CS to scale efficiently
• Working on integrations and automation to reduce manual work for Sales and CS
• Maintaining process documentation and governance frameworks
• Supporting sales & CS teams with planning and operational tasks
• Administration & enablement of key tools in our GTM tech stack
