Revenue Operations Analyst

Summary

Join Lightspeed as a Revenue Operations Analyst and take ownership of managing partner kickbacks, ensuring accurate recording and timely receipt. Requirements

• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
• A background in industries with recurring billing models, revenue-sharing structures, or partner ecosystems
• Able to work well independently and in groups
• Strong background in operational analytics to assist in defining efficient processes/workflows and drive much needed enhancements
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work accordingly with other departments

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the global partner kickbacks collection process, ensuring timely follow-up and identifying new opportunities through accurate data
• Support the rollout of new processes, workflows, and playbooks to improve partner operations
• Create and share regular sales reports with our white-label and gray-label partners
• Reconcile partner sales data to verify invoice accuracy and ensure correct billing
• Review and approve incoming and outgoing partner invoices as the first point of contact
• Use data and metrics to uncover insights, highlight trends, and suggest improvements
