Remote Revenue Operations Analyst

Summary

Paddle is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join their Operations team. The role involves collaborating with various teams, designing tools, analyzing complex data sets, leading projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and experience in utilising tools such as Hubspot
• Comfortable using API’s and native integrations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with operations, commercial, marketing, and sales teams at Paddle to enhance tech stack, optimise Go-to-Market processes, and improve decision-making with faster, data-driven insights
• Design and implement innovative tools and solutions to enhance commercial efficiency and team productivity, while driving proactive, scalable changes within RevOps to lead operational improvements
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies, facilitating cross-functional improvements to streamline processes and enhance sales funnel efficiency
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, optimising workflows in line with industry best practices and technological advancements
• Analyse complex data sets to extract actionable insights, develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time business performance and market trends analysis, and support data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Fastspring, and Cleverbridge
• Working knowledge of at least one scripting language
• Familiarity with AWS or other developer environments and experience in using them for tool and process development
