Paddle is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join their Operations team. Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and experience in utilising tools such as Hubspot
- Comfortable using APIβs and native integrations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with operations, commercial, marketing, and sales teams at Paddle to enhance tech stack, optimise Go-to-Market processes, and improve decision-making with faster, data-driven insights
- Design and implement innovative tools and solutions to enhance commercial efficiency and team productivity, while driving proactive, scalable changes within RevOps to lead operational improvements
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies, facilitating cross-functional improvements to streamline processes and enhance sales funnel efficiency
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, optimising workflows in line with industry best practices and technological advancements
- Analyse complex data sets to extract actionable insights, develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time business performance and market trends analysis, and support data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Fastspring, and Cleverbridge
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting language
- Familiarity with AWS or other developer environments and experience in using them for tool and process development
