Join OneRail as a Revenue Operations Analyst and contribute to the company's revenue goals by providing actionable insights into the sales funnel. You will collaborate with Sales Enablement to support sales team development, focusing on pipeline growth, conversion, and win/loss analysis. This role demands a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills to support both the Sales and Sales Enablement teams. Responsibilities include developing sales analytics reports and dashboards, supporting Sales Enablement with data analysis, collaborating with sales leadership and marketing, and creating documentation on sales processes. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, advanced proficiency in sales tech (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari), and strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in revenue or sales operations, sales enablement analysis, or a similar role
- Advanced Proficiency in sales tech stack β Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clari
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, trending, and areas of improvement.Β Including data and analytics to support prospect targeting, conversion, and win ratios
- Support Sales Enablement with data and analysis from strategy through to execution and outcome, and delivering tools training
- Work closely and align with sales leadership, sales enablement, and marketing to support sales enablement efforts
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance (and marketing performance on pipeline impact), key metrics, and outcomes for sales overall
- Work with the corporate training team, product marketing, and enablement team to create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant materials
