Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw data-driven conclusions
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sales processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus
  • Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, and advanced Excel
  • Experience with a business intelligence tool is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of revenue reporting, sales analytics, and financial metrics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive GTM metrics reporting framework aligned with Sales Strategy and Finance
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of leading and lagging indicators to identify trends and provide early warnings for evolving business dynamics
  • Design and deliver clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Partner with Business Systems and Data teams to manage data sources and ensure clear, actionable business insights
  • Lead and manage critical sales-related projects, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement & Process team to measure and optimize sales effectiveness and performance
  • Oversee territory management and quota setting, including continued improvements to our territory management approach and process
  • Support sales teams in their day-to-day work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with territory planning/carving/segmentation
  • Experience with compensation and business automation tools
  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Familiarity with SaaS company economics, deal structuring, and revenue models

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key partner to our Sales Leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth.

Your impact
