Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw data-driven conclusions
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus
- Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, and advanced Excel
- Experience with a business intelligence tool is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of revenue reporting, sales analytics, and financial metrics
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive GTM metrics reporting framework aligned with Sales Strategy and Finance
- Conduct in-depth analysis of leading and lagging indicators to identify trends and provide early warnings for evolving business dynamics
- Design and deliver clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Partner with Business Systems and Data teams to manage data sources and ensure clear, actionable business insights
- Lead and manage critical sales-related projects, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement & Process team to measure and optimize sales effectiveness and performance
- Oversee territory management and quota setting, including continued improvements to our territory management approach and process
- Support sales teams in their day-to-day work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with territory planning/carving/segmentation
- Experience with compensation and business automation tools
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- Familiarity with SaaS company economics, deal structuring, and revenue models
