Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with a proven track record in strategic process development and project leadership
  • Extensive experience in translating business needs into clear technical requirements for SalesForce architecture team
  • Expertise in Salesforce with demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on leveraging data to drive operational improvements
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives with cross-functional teams and deliver impactful results across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize data operations across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in critical business data
  • Translate business requirements from stakeholders into actionable technical specifications, ensuring alignment with technical teams for seamless execution
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance on ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams to enhance sales enablement and operational excellence
  • Implement and oversee proactive data governance practices, ensuring data hygiene and integrity across platforms
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of sales data, ensuring precision and timeliness, while identifying opportunities for improvement
