You will support the finance organization, driving revenue growth by working closely with sales and account management leadership. Key responsibilities include managing commissions and operations, defining and tracking key performance metrics, providing recommendations to enhance sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also support the day-to-day needs of sales and account management teams, managing quotas, forecasting, and compensation administration. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience optimizing sales teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role and strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel and Google Suite proficient
- Self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven environment
- Structured problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience optimizing sales and account management teams
- Track record of partnering with leadership teams to set strategy and drive change initiatives
- Some experience in commissions calculations and are able to understand sales trends based on comp
- Demonstrated expertise working with Salesforce, Tableau or other reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Manage the commissions and operations of our sales development, account executives, account management, and billing company representatives
- Partner with sales and account management executive leadership to drive the success of the organization and Tebraβs revenue growth
- Lead strategic initiatives across the organization in partnership with sales and account management leadership
- Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate success
- Provide recommendations to enhance sales performance through compensation strategies and special incentives
- Collaborate with enablement, business systems, and other cross-functional teams to drive the evolution of the sales and account management organization
- Support the day-to-day needs of the sales and account management teams
- Manage sales quotas, forecasting, and compensation administration
- Oversee territory planning, process training, and compliance enforcement
- Work closely with sales and account management leadership to ensure that appropriate objectives and priorities are set and there is alignment across the organization as a whole
