Summary
Join Allium, a leading web3 data analytics platform, and contribute to optimizing revenue operations. You will build scalable workflows, refine revenue strategies, develop forecasting models, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, ideally within software, infrastructure, or web3. Requirements
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, ideally in software, infrastructure, or web3
- A deep passion for blockchain and excitement for Allium.so’s role in the web3 ecosystem
- Proven experience thriving in a scrappy startup environment, building processes from scratch
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Clay (required), RevOps.io, HubSpot/Salesforce, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Discord); basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Expertise in designing efficient, scalable revenue workflows
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of accurate pipeline forecasting
- Ability to support technical sales cycles and collaborate cross-functionally in web3
- A proactive, learning-driven mindset eager to contribute to Allium.so’s growth
- Openness to feedback and a collaborative spirit with peers and leadership
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills for a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication to align teams and convey Allium.so’s value
Responsibilities
- Optimize revenue operations to fuel Allium.so’s growth as a premier web3 data analytics platform, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Build scalable workflows for outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and pipeline forecasting using tools like Clay, HubSpot/Salesforce, and RevOps.io
- Partner with leadership to refine and execute Allium.so’s revenue strategy, leveraging data-driven insights
- Develop accurate revenue forecasting models to ensure pipeline visibility and predictable outcomes
- Collaborate with sales to streamline lead qualification, discovery meetings, and conversion rates using frameworks like BANT
- Relay actionable feedback from revenue operations to Product & Engineering to enhance Allium.so’s blockchain analytics platform
- Craft messaging frameworks to support outbound campaigns and customer engagement
- Define and track KPIs to meet quarterly revenue and activity targets
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems daily, ensuring accurate documentation of leads, opportunities, and interactions
