Summary

Requirements

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Experience managing a complete revenue tech stack, including tools for prospecting, call coaching, quote to cash, sales engagement and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify root causes for systems/process challenges
  • Understanding of UAT best practices

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient GTM systems, especially Salesforce, to support sales operations and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Develop robust data models and reporting structures to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create and optimize end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to forecasting, to ensure alignment with company goals and streamline workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Systems Engineering to ensure that GTM systems are configured and maintained effectively. Work with Systems Engineering to identify and implement system enhancements that support sales operations and improve efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Partner closely with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
  • Manage projects related to GTM systems and process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
