Sr. Revenue Operations Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations focused on supporting post-sale operations (account management / customer success)
• Experience using data to drive business decisions with a proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing sales and success tech stacks (e.g., Catalyst, Amplitude) in close collaboration with engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Refine reporting frameworks
• Uncover insights that strengthen relationships and drive sustainable growth
• Ensure the technology stack adapts to the evolving needs of both internal teams and therapists on the platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth startups; marketplace experience
• Admin certification in Salesforce/HubSpot
• Experience with BI platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Sigma)
• Experience implementing Customer Success platforms (e.g. Catalyst, ChurnZero, Vitally, Planhat)
