Summary
Join Hive, a rapidly growing SaaS company revolutionizing marketing automation and revenue generation for the live events industry, as their first Revenue Operations Manager. Reporting to the CFO, you will build and scale the RevOps function, connecting Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support. You will improve revenue processes, build visibility and data-backed insights, partner across GTM and support strategic planning, and own and optimize GTM systems and tools. This role requires 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS. You will work with Salesforce and HubSpot, and ideally have experience with other tools like Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops roles— ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS
- Deep understanding of GTM funnels (leads, opps, accounts, renewals) and SaaS sales motion
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot, with bonus points for Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action—you love using data to identify problems and implement solutions
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—from executive presentations to internal training docs
- Highly collaborative and process-driven, able to influence without direct authority
- Proactive, organized, and excited to build from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Improve and Scale Revenue Processes
- Uncover, scope, and lead improvements in lead routing, attribution, sales workflow, and renewal processes
- Support contract management workflows, and compliance with various stipulated processes
- Ensure consistent data governance and systems hygiene to enable reliable forecasting and reporting
- Build Visibility and Drive Data-Backed Insights
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor pipeline health, funnel conversion, productivity, and revenue performance
- Track and analyze sales performance across segments to surface actionable insights for sales, CS and executive teams
- Guide forecasting accuracy, pipeline generation analysis, win/loss breakdowns, and revenue trends
- Partner Across GTM and Support Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline the customer journey
- Support territory design, quota setting, and sales compensation tracking
- Assist in strategic planning cycles, team QBRs, and GTM alignment meetings
- Own and Optimize GTM Systems & Tools
- Manage and evolve our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zapier, and Salesloft
- Lead system integrations, automate workflows, and troubleshoot issues across the revenue funnel
- Enable Operational Excellence
- Lead regular performance reviews with GTM leaders and translate insights into business action
- Create playbooks, internal documentation, and training materials for RevOps best practices
- Act as the go-to resource for cross-functional execution and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling RevOps functions at a SaaS company in the $20M–$50M ARR stage
- Strong project management experience
- Experience with SaaS financial modeling, quota setting, or sales comp plan development
- Experience working closely with Finance on revenue recognition and ARR reconciliation
- Familiarity with contracting workflows and cross-functional compliance processes
