Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field
  • Proven experience leading, motivating and high performing team
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing sales processes
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with sales forecasting and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of revenue operations professionals
  • Analyze sales data for trends and areas for growth, and use insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives
  • Support the sales team with targeted training and resources to maximize their productivity
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage sales forecasting and reporting
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of our CRM data and reporting systems
  • Lead the implementation of new sales technologies and initiatives
