Requirements

  • High School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Strong business and technology acumen
  • Experience managing or participating in cross-functional projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products

Responsibilities

  • Drive the complete lifecycle of RevOps initiativesโ€”from identifying challenges, aligning them to business objectives, designing innovative solutions, building and testing systems, to launching and enabling end usersโ€”ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement
  • Own and refine GTM processes and systems to align with evolving business objectives, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in revenue reporting and forecasting
  • Work directly with end users and partner with systems experts, sales enablement, analysts, and various business units to tailor GTM processes and systems that meet the diverse needs across the company
  • Oversee GTM performance metrics, proactively troubleshoot complex challenges, and resolve escalated issues, maintaining data integrity for actionable insights
  • Champion best practices by developing comprehensive training programs and documentation, empowering end users and stakeholders to fully leverage the systems and processes
