Summary

Join OfferFit, a leading AI-powered marketing technology company, as their Revenue Operations Manager. You will play a critical role in scaling OfferFit’s commercial teams by enhancing operational capabilities across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation. This involves designing workflows, aligning processes, reviewing compensation plans, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and change management. You will partner closely with GTM leadership and collaborate with other RevOps team members. Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required for this position
  • Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, and industry-related events

Responsibilities

  • Design workflows to ensure that our GTM team members are spending time on the highest-impact activities
  • Support cross-functional information flow and process alignment to eliminate silos across the GTM spectrum
  • Review and update compensation plans to ensure they incentivize the right behaviors
  • Design team structures (e.g., sales territories) and operational cadences (e.g., account reviews) that enhance team effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying KPIs and extracting insights from patterns observed in the data
  • Lead change management efforts that get team members bought in and excited about what’s next
  • Benchmark against industry best practices and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with other members of the RevOps team responsible for our GTM systems and enablement to ensure that our commercial teams have the tools and knowledge they need for operational success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting

  • Collaborative and empathetic partner: you build credibility with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and building solutions that match

  • The base salary for this position in the United States is $128,000 per year, plus eligibility for an additional bonus of $18,000
