As RevOps Manager, you will play an integral role in unifying and aligning operations, systems, and data to support revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, Client) throughout the client lifecycle. You will optimize sales, marketing, and client operations for consistent, efficient, and scalable growth. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to develop revenue growth strategies, improve processes, and build reporting infrastructure. Requirements

  • 3+ years in an operations role (marketing, sales, or client/customer)
  • Understanding of agency business models and service-based revenue streams
  • Expertise in CRM technology and data analysis; natural aptitude for using and connecting software tools
  • Curious, analytical, thoughtful; instinct to solve the harder problem
  • Excellent communication & investigative skills; ability to build and nurture relationships between internal teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to execute on both short-term tactics and longer-term vision

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with revenue teams (marketing, sales, client) to streamline processes, centralize information, and facilitate effective communication
  • Collaborate with go-to-market (GTM) leaders in developing strategic, cross-functional initiatives to generate business growth
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data for accuracy and consistency. Keep data up-to-date and actionable for revenue team members
  • Proactively uncover opportunities across the business to drive improve efficiency, productivity, and revenue
  • Analyze revenue data and develop reports to unlock insights for revenue teams. Work closely with the business intelligence (BI) team and provide accurate data sources for BI reports
  • Manage, integrate, and act as administrator for revenue tech stack. Train team members on tools, as needed
  • Collaborate with Finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of client invoice information
  • Support revenue teams with solving operational roadblocks and ad hoc analyses

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
