Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and execute assigned duties to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Develop and improve processes, improving cost traceability across our systems, providing data relevant to contract negotiations and supporting a variety of other efforts meant to drive improved margins
- Collect, format, analyze, reconcile and implement new partner pricing updates
- Research, match, and maintain Partner Deal Registration metrics
- Work with partners to assist with daily needs and special projects
- Collaborate with team members and external parties to gather and analyze operational performance metrics as well as managing our AWS Marketplace Deal registration processes & Workspan integrations
- Proactively seek to identify opportunities to create efficiencies and reduce COGS spend
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning
- Be an exceptionally strong communicator and influencer, adept at partnering, influencing, and aligning stakeholders at all levels, with experience in change management
- Be a key contributor in the selection, deployment, and upkeep of tools, systems, and platforms used in revenue operations
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Have three (3) plus years working in Business systems management, Sales operations, Process Improvement, Partner Management
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a strong working knowledge of Google Suite
- Have a strong working knowledge of Salesforce
- Have experience with process improvement initiatives
- Have experience working enterprise BI/reporting software such as Domo
