Summary

Join Panoptyc as a RevOps Lead and own both the strategy and execution, driving growth and managing projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring the success of your vertical. This highly autonomous role requires thriving in ambiguity, building from zero, and leading with vision and discipline. You will define the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for your vertical, continuously refining the strategy based on learnings. The role involves close collaboration with product, operations, engineering, and leadership teams. You will also need to understand user needs, gather feedback, and conduct market research to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
  • 3-5 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, product management, or a founder/early team member role
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and/or small teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to learn quickly across domains
  • US Company experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Own and execute projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and delivery
  • Strategic Leadership: Define the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for your vertical; continuously refine strategy based on learnings
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with product, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to align goals and ensure delivery
  • Customer & Market Insight: Understand user needs, gather feedback, and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize systems, processes, and workflows within the vertical to maximize efficiency and impact
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on progress, challenges, and KPIs to senior leadership
  • Outreach & Plan Execution : List building, lead generation, using tools and data is on track and/or communicating
