Summary

Join PartnerStack as a Revenue Operations Manager to scale and optimize our go-to-market engine. You will support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Operations, driving efficiency and revenue growth. Responsibilities include building systems to monitor customer health, designing renewal and expansion automation, improving customer journey mapping, implementing feedback loops, and building dashboards to track performance. You will partner with finance and other stakeholders, optimize sales processes, collaborate on partner attribution, and document workflows. This role requires 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment, hands-on experience with various tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.), and automation platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience supporting a channel or partner GTM motion
  • Background in Customer Success or post-sale operations
  • Familiarity with forecasting models, quota/territory design, and performance attribution

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain systems to monitor customer health and trigger risk/expansion workflows to improve NDR
  • Design and manage renewal and expansion automation to streamline post-sale motions and increase Customer Success efficiency
  • Improve customer journey mapping and identify key operational gaps to reduce churn
  • Implement feedback loops and NPS tracking for actionable insights to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards to track customer performance metrics to improve visibility for leadership
  • Partner with finance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on revenue goals and forecasting accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement of forecasting models and methodologies based on performance and market changes
  • Optimize and document sales processes to improve velocity, consistency, and rep productivity
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure seamless partner attribution and incentive tracking
  • Validate Partner Commission Tracking
  • Document detailed step-by-step workflows for all key RevOps processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and easy reference
