Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Interest in learning the Salesforce platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and identify actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and reporting techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce extensively to manage and analyze customer data, revenue streams, and operational processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows within Salesforce to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership and teams to identify areas for process improvement and revenue optimization
- Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue data, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue recognition processes
- Identify and resolve issues, and maintain data quality, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of customer and revenue data within Salesforce and other connected systems (Ordway, Gong, etc.)
- Leverage cannabis industry data sources to improve data quality & inform Go-to-market strategy
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
- Assist in implementing new Salesforce features, integrations, and process enhancements
- Prepare invoices and process payments in accordance with company policies
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with financial policies and regulations
- Analyze financial data and identify any discrepancies
- Resolve any financial issues promptly and accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with revenue recognition principles and processes
- Knowledge of financial systems and their integration with Salesforce
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
