Requirements

  • 4+ years of revenue management experience, with a strong preference for hospitality expertise
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients
  • Deep understanding of revenue optimization strategies and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Recognition that customer success and revenue growth go hand-in-hand, with comfort navigating conversations around adoption, value realization, and long-term partnership
  • Focus on real-world impact—driving not just strategy, but results that support retention, expansion, and advocacy
  • Natural ability to balance strategic consultation with customer advocacy, making decisions that serve both the customer’s goals and the business’s long-term success
  • Skilled at interpreting data and using it to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations and strategies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple client relationships effectively

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their go-to expert on revenue strategies
  • Provide tailored advice to help customers maximize revenue and profitability through data-driven strategies
  • Review and interpret customer performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion by proactively identifying opportunities to deepen product engagement and deliver measurable value
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align on goals, surface insights, and foster advocacy that drives long-term success
  • Guide customers in refining their revenue philosophies and implementing best practices
  • Empower customers with the tools and knowledge they need to sustain growth and success
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on customer goals and ensure seamless delivery of services
