Summary

Join Axon's traveling team as a key player in bringing the Axon experience across the US. This remote role involves 95% travel, planning and executing customer and community events, and showcasing Axon technology. You will be the on-site decision-maker, managing logistics, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external teams, maintaining partner networks, preparing marketing materials, tracking budgets and ROI, and providing support to the Roadshow Manager. Requirements

  • Demonstrate confidence, proactive, responsive, and enthusiastic behavior as a strong team leader
  • Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders
  • Ability to stand for upwards of 8 hours a day; as well as lift, carry, move packages and materials up-to-50 lbs on a regular basis; with or without special accommodations, is required
  • Extensive travel and extended work hours may be required; anticipated (95%+ of travel)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key on-site decision maker for all events within the given region
  • Ensure flawless logistics and execution during and between events
  • Manage communication to ensure all stakeholders receive clear and timely updates before events
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external attendees to drive engagement and attendance
  • Maintain a network of partners to assist with various aspects of event management, including venue sourcing, production, branding, and onsite logistics
  • Prepare and maintain marketing collateral and presentation materials for meetings and roadshows
  • Build and track the FY budget for the relevant region
  • Track ROI, engagement, and audience feedback to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement, and optimize future events
  • Provide backup and support to the Roadshow Manager on projects as needed
