Summary
Join our team as a highly motivated Account Executive with 3+ years of sales experience and a track record of overachievement in new logo acquisition. You will be responsible for positioning the value of our product with stakeholders through video sales calls, email, and phone, effectively managing and maximizing a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, and increasing your pipeline by generating opportunities through strategic outbound outreach to specific targeted accounts.
Requirements
- You are a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 3+ years of experience closing net new logos, ideally in the marketing space (Marketing/SEO agency experience is a bonus but not required)
- A proven track record of success prospecting accounts, managing a pipeline, and closing deals to meet and exceed quota
- You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly. This is especially important in a remote company, as you wonβt always have people nearby that you can talk to and learn from
- You have experience in prospecting, doing outreach, and initiating conversations with targeted mid-market Enterprise accounts. (>1,500 employees and/or >38.5M)
- You are excited to be using consultative, customer-centric sales strategies in a competitive market
- You are highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once with little oversight
- You have experience and understand the importance of tracking all of your sales activity and reports in our CRM (Hubspot preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and maximize a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities (about 10-15 new deals/month) so that you can consistently drive revenue for the company and strong ROI for our customers
- Increase your pipeline by generating opportunities by doing strategic outbound outreach to specific targeted accounts. (Mid-market Enterprise)
- Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospect's company size, industry, and desired customer support experience
- Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the Account Management, Marketing, and leadership team so that we can improve our services and prioritize the right initiatives
- Develop deep knowledge of our always-evolving services and understand the nuances of how to present value to clients
- Responsible for owning and hitting sales metrics of success, including but not limited to quota, as well as providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and create the best experience possible for our prospects
- Demonstrate strong objection-handling skills to convert challenges into opportunities, ensuring client concerns are met with tailored solutions
