Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IT, or fintech solutions
  • Strong ability to manage complex negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Proven experience in identifying customer pain points and offering tailored solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, closing deals with clients in fintech, regtech, and software sectors
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive lead generation activities and convert high-quality leads into sales
  • Build strong client relationships throughout the sales funnelβ€”from initial contact to onboarding
  • Use consultative and strategic selling techniques to engage decision-makers and address business needs
  • Work cross-functionally with product, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings and clearly articulate their business value to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and closed deals using CRM systems
  • Stay updated on fintech and regtech trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscape in Brazil and the broader LATAM region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience within the Brazilian or LATAM markets
  • Understanding of software, SaaS, or regtech product offerings
  • Capable of managing sales cycles of 3–9 months
  • Experience with partners, resellers, or systems integrators in the technology space is a plus
