Join our team as a Sales Account Executive and focus on account growth, building, and managing a portfolio of accounts. You will network, connect, and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring revenue retention and expansion. Generate revenue from warm leads and self-generated leads. Remote roles are available. Key responsibilities include driving revenue retention and identifying new opportunities, developing strategic account growth plans, conducting client research, presenting solutions to decision-makers, collaborating with internal teams, and attending industry events. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience, strong networking skills, experience with warm and self-sourced leads, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Strong ability to network, connect, and grow relationships with key decision-makers
- Experience in both working warm leads and proactively generating self-sourced leads
- Experience in coordinating and working with cross-functional teams to drive account success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing high-level stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and insights to make informed business decisions
Responsibilities
- Drive the retention of prior year revenue while identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and new revenue opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain accounts, with an emphasis on the top 50 priority accounts
- Conduct research to understand client buying events, market trends, and opportunities for business expansion
- Present larger initiatives and solutions to top decision-makers to drive significant opportunities
- Work closely with the internal sourcing team and Account Success Managers to ensure seamless execution of strategies
- Attend industry and client events to engage with stakeholders where they are and strengthen client relationships
