Join Jibble Group, a fast-growing, remote-first workforce management company, as a Sales Account Executive (SAE). You will identify and set meetings with key decision-makers, contributing directly to sales strategy and revenue generation. This role requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, strong communication skills, and a self-driven approach. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker, fluent in English, with 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and experience with cold calling. Immediate availability is a plus. You will research and identify new sales opportunities, gather lead information, and run outbound prospecting campaigns. You will also educate prospects on Jibble's benefits and collaborate with the account executive team to enhance sales processes.
Requirements
- Native speaker for Arabic language
- A motivated and self-driven sales person with a startup-hustle mentality
- 1 - 3 years experience in as a B2B SaaS
- Self-driven, analytical, structured and high attention to details
- Great communication skills, enjoy talking to clients via the phone
- Proven track record of achievement, exceeding sales quotas or equivalent
- Experience with cold calling
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new opportunities in key regions and verticals
- Gather necessary lead information for prospecting (email, phone etc.)
- Create and run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails and calls) to book meetings with relevant decision makers
- Educate prospects on Jibbleβs benefits
- Work closely with the account executive team to improve closing rates and overall sales process
