Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Outlook
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Send order acknowledgment after every order received
  • Get proofs to supplier, chase supplier for proof & chase customer for approval
  • Create and send Purchase Orders to supplier
  • Keep customer informed of job status
  • Liaise with Finance Manager regarding pro-forma payments before job goes into production
  • Report any problems to the sales contact within 1 hour
  • Ensure filing is done regularly & diligently
