Summary

Join Once Upon A Farm as a Sales Analyst and support our strategic initiatives at Kroger by ensuring timely, accurate, and robust updates on business/category performance drivers and opportunities. This role involves reporting weekly sales performance, creating monthly scorecards, preparing custom selling materials, supporting the KOMPASS category review process, managing distribution planning, and performing category management tasks.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of Category Management experience in the food and/or beverage industry
  • 3+ years of industry experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods/Fast Moving Consumer Goods
  • Advanced knowledge of 84.51/Stratum and Market6 portals
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Extremely strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Pull, analyze, and report weekly data and insights to the organization regarding Once Upon a Farm’s sales performance across each product category at Kroger
  • Ensure on-time and accurate analysis and reporting is completed for the Kroger sales team & broader organization using Stratum/84.51/Market6. Serve as the primary point of contact with 84.51
  • Create monthly business scorecards and tools for the Kroger sales team to help measure the business and guide actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with the Kroger NAM to map out annual and long-range growth plans for Once Upon a Farm at Kroger
  • Through the analysis of Kroger-specific POS data, support strategic selling initiatives and develop impactful insights that meet category and retailer-specific needs
  • Partner with the Once Upon a Farm Category Management team to provide Kroger custom insights leveraging Market 6 and Strategy for category reviews, new item analysis, promotional planning, and other ad hoc needs
  • Craft robust fact-based selling stories utilizing retailer-specific POS data, panel data, shopper-card data, and other research
  • Support project work as requested by the Leadership, Category, and Kroger account sales team
