Summary

The job is for an Account Manager in Delta Capita's Global Sales Team. The role involves refining, implementing, and running a sales strategy across offerings with a focus on Resource Augmentation and Services business. The preferred candidate should have strong organizational skills, a network in Singapore and Hong Kong, experience in KYC or Post Trade services, consulting-related sales experience, knowledge of industry trends and competition, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of key sales disciplines- Salesforce, MEDDIC, unsolicited proposals, partner leverage Deal sheets etc
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, lengthy and complex sales cycles
  • Proven ability to embrace change & leverage new value propositions rapidly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accurate reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Responsive to customers business needs & clear focus on maintaining excellent customer service
  • Experience of working and leveraging appropriate business partners, including tier 1 re-sellers, SI’s, SP’s, technology providers and software vendors
  • Proven ability to manage net new business as well as develop existing business opportunities
  • Exhibit a demonstrable commitment to building close, long-term account relationships, with an appropriate level of regular customer hospitality
  • Have an interest, market opinion and existing understanding of the financial industry sector, including market dynamics and competitive landscape specifically Regulatory reporting and compliance, CSDR, KYC, SFTR Card Services, Payments, Core Banking , Investment and Wealth Services , M&A , technology rationalization and decommissioning, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, manage, and close new business opportunities within APAC accounts
  • Focus is Resource Augmentation and Services business and progressing to product and technology opportunities over time
  • Main point of contact for existing clients and responsible for managing existing client relationships and driving renewal opportunities
  • Understand each customer’s business objectives, challenges, and issues and how we present DC’s outcome-based solutions to meet these objectives
  • Document and manage dynamic account plans, encapsulating business requirements including white space and clear competitive replacement strategies
  • Develop a business plan and go to market/demand management initiatives leveraging DC’s organization develop core revenues & penetration across the account base
  • Develop a 12-to-24-month pipeline of qualified incremental business opportunities
  • Work alongside global stakeholders such as, Sales, Business Lines and On-Site Resources
