Summary

Join Rockpoint Legal Funding as a Sales Coach and empower our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)! This remote contractor position offers a unique opportunity to mentor, train, and elevate the performance of our sales team. You will create and implement effective coaching strategies, monitor team performance, and provide actionable feedback. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience coaching SDR teams, preferably in a call center environment, and fluency in English and Spanish. Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience coaching or managing SDR teams, preferably in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience creating or improving sales scripts, templates, and outreach processes
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and provide feedback
  • A desire to lead, inspire, and guide sales teams toward success
  • Comfortable analyzing sales data and using insights to shape coaching strategies
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to support and connect with team members
  • Flexible and adaptable in response to changing goals, strategies, and market conditions
  • Ability to build training materials and deliver engaging coaching sessions
  • Must be an energetic and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven organization
  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish (C1, C2, or C3)
  • You must have a high-speed internet connection at your home (80 Mbps)
  • Up-to-date laptop with at least 8GB RAM
  • You must have a working computer system

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective strategies that support SDR team goals and align with company objectives
  • Lead regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching to build core sales skills and improve performance
  • Monitor individual and team performance, review outreach efforts, and provide clear, actionable feedback
  • Foster a positive, high-energy environment by encouraging growth, celebrating wins, and helping team members stay on track
  • Monitor KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline activity to guide coaching efforts and improve results
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and align coaching efforts with overall sales objectives
  • Help onboard new SDRs by delivering effective ramp-up training and support during their first weeks
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend tools, resources, or process improvements to help SDRs succeed
  • Promote consistency and quality by reviewing call recordings and refining call scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2B sales environments is a plus, preferably within the legal or specifically personal injury space
  • Two computer monitors are a plus!
