Summary

Join our client's team as a Business Development Representative and drive outbound calling initiatives to contribute to their growth in the public relations technology sector. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented role where high-volume cold calling is paramount. Success in this role will lead to rapid career advancement. You will receive direct coaching, AI-driven tools, and a results-based compensation structure. The position offers remote-first flexibility, recognition, and rewards for top performers. Prior B2B sales experience is preferred but not required; the most important qualification is proven success in cold calling.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success dedicating several hours daily to high-volume cold calling, ideally with parallel dialer experience (e.g., Orum, PowerDialer, SalesLoft)
  • Ability to quickly capture attention and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Capable of juggling multiple call lists, follow-ups, and CRM updates without compromising quality
  • Exhibits a strong desire for professional growth and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Dedicate 4–6 hours per day to cold calls using parallel dialer technology to actively prospect and qualify leads
  • Approach every call with the goal of moving the revenue needleβ€”leads are never just a number
  • Take anywhere from 4-12 intro calls daily, with the end goal of qualifying them and booking them into a demo
