Responsibilities

  • Ensure all booked clients show up for their scheduled appointments by sending reminders and follow-ups
  • Cold Calling: Execute cold calling campaigns to engage prospects and convert them into booked appointments
  • Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism on calls to build rapport and trust with potential clients
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and meaningful interactions
  • Handle objections and provide clear, concise answers to client inquiries
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the sales team
