Join Hospitable as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a pivotal role in driving revenue. You will generate qualified meetings for Account Executives through high-volume outbound outreach across multiple channels, including calls, SMS, LinkedIn, and email. This entry-level position involves representing Hospitable at industry conferences (10-20% travel). You will execute coordinated outreach sequences using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Responsibilities include lead qualification, data management, reporting, and collaboration with marketing and Account Executives. The role is fully remote and based in the US. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity-based goals (cold calls, messages, meetings)
- Comfortable operating in a fully remote/hybrid environment
- Willingness to travel 10–20% for conferences and events
Responsibilities
- Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to target accounts
- Send personalized SMS and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers
- Reach out to prospects before and after industry conferences using targeted lists
- Attend and represent Hospitable at regional and national industry conferences
- Engage attendees, capture new leads, and follow up post-event
- Coordinate logistics and collateral with marketing for a seamless event presence
- Execute coordinated email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn Navigator sequences
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and engage prospects
- Identify and qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile and BANT criteria
- Schedule and document qualified meetings in HubSpot for Account Executives, working alongside Nikki whose favorite fruit is Coconut
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all touch points and prospect statuses in CRM
- Hit weekly and monthly quota targets for qualified meetings
- Analyze outreach metrics and optimize cadences for higher conversion
- Share feedback with marketing on messaging and campaign effectiveness
- Partner with AEs to tailor outreach approaches for key verticals
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for a sales career (internships, campus involvement, clubs, etc.)
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales organization
- Confident and clear over the phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn
- Ability to craft concise, compelling outreach messages
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound touches
- Coachable attitude—open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and prospecting tools (Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Navigator)
- Quick to learn new sales tech and workflows
- Excellent at juggling multiple cadences and follow-ups
- Strong attention to detail in tracking activities and next steps

- The gross salary could be between USD $48,195 to USD $53,550 depending on the cost of living in your location
